In my case, I can go into the same zipcode, and in the NW corner have it perfect for flipping, the SE corner perfect for Holding, the SW Corner perfect for both, and the NE corner where neither will work...and the size of the zipcode is only 2 miles by 6 miles.

I would love and really appreciate it if some one explained to me in detail the proccess in which one has to go through in order to quallify as a section 8 "renter,"for lack of a better term.

Was curious what you've heard about the Fairview Medical Center and Fairview Corners commercial investments and how that will change the landscape?

So far the areas im most interested in is flipping houses, buying multifamily homes (possibly live in it for a year or two, rent out the other section until im ready to rent both sections), rehabbing.
