I have put in over 100 hours studying now it is time to start doing deals.

I'd say we have less of an education problem and more of a lack of parents instilling/modeling a love of learning with their children, along with a government that's determined not to let anything fail.There's a great book called "Better Late then Early" that goes thru a myriad of data and scientific studies that outline all the damaging effects a child incurs when they are placed in a public school/day care setting at such young ages.

I've been trying to study the overall process of capitalizing on foreclosures however I'm a little fuzzy on connecting the dots from start to finish due to reading so many posts...

If she is still interested, then we'll look further into, but at this point I think it's probably not worth the headache, although would probably make for a good case study :mrgreen:

Learning and studying about lease purchases right now.

I'm still a newbie to all of this and am mostly studying up on various REI topics.1) They have a listing of "First and Second Offerings" and "Third Offering".

It would be an interesting thing to study though if anyone has some data on it.

I started the education once again this year and have learned quite a great deal from podcasts, internet sites, webinars, REIA meetings, and home study courses.

This is another source of income that I have been studying for the last 8 weeks.

I've been studying this subject a lot lately.
