If I had the raw numbers of 1 and 2 I could calculate the p myself, I'm trying to get the p to use in EMV and to a lesser extent, utility function calculations.Heck if there were raw data with multiple categorical and numerical variables I would conduct multiple regression analysis.

Here in Florida, these are generally satisfied with a clear "4-Point Inspection" - meaning the roof, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are all functional and up to code.

In our state (I don't know whether this is true everywhere or not), the escrow offices have limited practice officers who can perform the functions of a real estate attorney, specific to purchase and sale agreements, and its likely a lower cost than the attorney.
