I also remember when talking to my closing agent, he said that he had a client that filed the paperwork for over 50 contracts - and my closing agent confided that he wasn't sure how many that client would actually close.From a numbers perspective, this seems kind of crazy.

Also remember....suing someone who needs your $35K means it's unlikely he has any money and attorneys are very expensive.....just a guess....ask him for his credit report....you'll probably never hear from him again.....I could be wrong.

I used Praedo to get my loan officer license and again had no trouble passing, but I haven't used their real estate courses.Once you have your license, if you only plan to use it to help family, friends, and do your own deals, remember there are brokers who charge nothing unless you have a closing.
