This is not an opinion, this is mathematical fact.Today someone is not motivated and tomorrow for what ever reason they are.The ONLY way to reliably get motivated seller leads is when they find you, and this is the ABSOLUTE ONLY WAY!

It was a great solution.  

Although that only limits to members.For regionally, Google is your best bet.For Gilbert or Southeast Valley, I might have a solution depending what you're needing.

Focus on growing your network and being someone trustworthy and reliable in the business. 

My head of maintenance is insisting that there is no way around a major, bank-breaking solution.  

We do not have a storage unit where we can place our washer/dryer set so we are not sure what would be the best solution.

It’s been the most reliable vehicle and still is.

That said, I haven't been able to find anything there that would reliably cash flow due to the seasonality of the area. 

The other solution is to contact agents in the area - until you find someone that knows the area and can offer their opinion.

I have considered acting as the general myself and of course I would love to save the 20% contractor's fee but the prospect of finding and coordinating competent and reliable subs and getting three estimates for each sub category is too daunting a task for me.
