It's irrelevant to the contract if the husband is on the note or not, as he is in title, it's relevant to the bank as Wayne mentioned he will be in the SS as a co-borrower if he's on the note.

I would say that what you're looking for would be better served if you met up at your local REI group and see if you can be mentored because you'll receive real time feedback that's relevant to your market niche, while building relationships that will lead to opportunities.
