REI is a dynamic and renewable resource where multiple strategies and tactics can bring success and financial rewards.

Landlording certainly has it's ups and downs but overall it's very rewarding.

Risk and reward come hand in hand.  

Nevertheless, the reward is quite lucrative if you can break into this investment market.  

It makes it worth everyones time and the investor gets to reap the rewards a little more if we make over $75k to make it worth her risk.

So the more the reward you're going to want to get.
