I didn't read every comment to this post, at the risk of repeating what others have said, that house is plain old ugly on the outside, it looks like two different houses interior vs. exterior.

I can't really read the text of your lease, but I'm not a fan of the late on the 15th provision.

I thought oh let me look at that insurance.. so I read the fine print..

I've read a few books and I have the basic education down, but I'd like to get my feet wet with REI.

Anyway, I have read much about the 1% "Rule", but there just doesn't seem to be any houses that could qualify for that due to the prices.

I currently gross around $120K per year and plan to maintain this income through the first many years of my REI journey.So far: I’m educating myself on the process of REI by reading books, following the forums, attending webinars, etc.
