I think these larger players will have a harder time as they will have employees in markets that do not care. 

A good property management company should be able to prioritize you when needed.

The tenant still has terrible credit but now prioritizes rent. 

I would however study up on "maturity risk" and financial history when players took long term bets with short term money.

RealtyShares was one option that I found interesting but they basically tell you that they are a crowd funding site for middle market institutional players.

Ultimately though, a good business is one that prioritizes itself financially.

These folks are the players in the crazy game of getting rich in real estate.Here is a clue --- this business isn't easy - there a many moving parts to be truly successful and wealthy --- but don't be discouraged ---- it can be done - but you need to take the RIGHT COUNSEL!

Baylor is strong and will continue to be a big player with both their undergrad university and law school, so I do think it can be a good market.
