In the position they owe for simplicity they owe a 100k and the house is worth 100k how would you present this to the bank and say comps are around 100k for the same square footage.

I plan to buy them extremely low...It wont make me a millionair but I know the rents and I figured I can bring in a decent positive income if I buy them low enough.
