@Weston Harding Yeah, I suppose there is no concrete right answer, but what you find works for you.I personally am not typically a fan of trying to rent a unit while it's still occupied for the following reasons:Furniture and belongings can make it difficult to fully determine how much work is required to get the unit rent ready.You have to deal with working a schedule around an extra person (the tenant).

The sewer would be brought into the house by coring a four inch hole through the concrete wall of the basement (which does not yet exist) where it would then be connected much later by the plumber to the lift station.

By construction cost I mean the hard cost, what goes for all the trades material + labor (foundation, concrete, facade, roofing, SMEP, appliance, interior, etc.), GC fee, insurance, and GC's contingency.
