Your About Us page should help with the 'like' part of the equation.Respond As Fast As PossibleWhichever website system you decide to go with, make sure it gives you the capability to get a text immediately when someone submits a form on your website.  

My thinking is that with Intuit, they have bigger players and more of a reputation to worry about.

I have not spent any time in Stessa so I don't know it's capabilities.

I've read a little bit online about asterisk and Telrex, but I'd like to hear about other folks' experience before I jump in.We would want a system with these features:- It needs to record all phone calls that get routed to our sales department- It needs to have voicemail- It needs to be able to forward calls to an outside number (i.e. a cell phone)- We would like caller ID capabilities- We would also like it if we could get a hosted service solution rather than us trying to set up and manage a server.The more I think about this the more I'm convinced that I want a PBX system.

An exception would be a REIT, or Insurance company and I can see they have bought hundreds of millions or billions over many years or decades so know they are a real player in the game.

My version doesn't track cost basis but that is easy. it also doesn't let me scan receipts but newer versions probably have a lot more modern capabilities than mine. 

Capable developers don't want to develop it, the upside is too low and risk too high.The demand is a mile wide and an Inch deep.

SO if there is turn over they're turning them pretty fast as we're collecting pretty close to 100% of what the property is capable of each month.   

I'm curious if the aforementioned institutional capital players participating in the Metro Atl area is why.
