Also, what if you want to pay someone and you are not physically there...what would you use to send money/pay money to them?

We also off protection plans for owner on rental protection which will cover if a tenant is not able to pay for rent and eviction protection plan which covers the physical cost of eviction!

You can achieve this by reaching out to brokers and presenting them with your investment requirements and qualifications.In addition to contacting brokers, I would highly recommend finding a US partner who can provide local expertise and have a physical presence in the market.

For instance, I have a colleague that wants to physically go to a bank to do the funding in order to get a deposit slip as records.  

That line could also have been damaged by an unsuspecting Tenant moving the refer significantly and physically damaging the line without noticing.

Anyway, it raises another question in this case, which is that - if they actually did *bid* then how they were able to place a bid without physically being there, but that's a topic for another thread I have open if you happen to know the answer.
