When there is a pet involved we will typically go to the full 2x.

They have already paid security deposit and pet fee.

What about pets? 

Every 3 weeks in winter if they have pets works fine for me. $3/ pleated filter is dirt cheap insurance.

The have confirmed that they are non smokers and that they have one dog (which I'll be getting a pet fee for).
