My schedule is open M-F 0800-1500 and I'm looking to fill that gap with this opportunity if one presents itself, even if it's just riding around and learning the process. 

I am wide open to referrals.I'm from Morristown TN, 40 minutes east of Knoxville, within Hamblen County. 

I wonder if you would be open to moving a little further away?

I'm open to most methods of investing but plan long term to pick up buy and hold properties (if the market is friendly for it).

Meaning after opening the HELOC for 10 years it will cease to be a HELOC.

I am sure the text for what one can and cannot do from the IRS and any other governing bodies is long and difficult to totally understand and may be open to interpretation - I know many things with the IRS are.
