Hello all, I'm trying to take in a new types of leads which is searching for a tax delinquent list. 

Whenever I make a search for Washington, DC I am directed to a 404 error page.

Take a bigger step.Go bigger and target 5+ units, commercial side.Consider not buying turnkey properties, find some properties that need some value add or have been neglected.Cast a wider fishing net and search for properties in the county and surrounding counties where you may move too.Understand the local tenant and state lawsConnect with brokers, mtg brokers, property mgmt companies, other investors or potential partners. 

I tried searching all over for specific details but couldn't find any... thank you in advance!

I am actively looking for a great place to take the required 90 hours of online or in person classes and to then take the real estate exam.

However I am chopping at the bit to get started and may consider searching for a partner or other investor to tag team a deal with.

Solid neighborhood.More rural & spread-out than some of the other areas we saw.Seems decent, but same as Morrow, cash flow seems pretty stable but not sure about appreciation.(4) Jonesboro We were expecting this be more rough just based on some of the listings we've seen online.
