I always thought of these components going hand-in-hand,  but noticed that in most books they are  discussed in completely separate sections.No... siding, housewrap, and drywall are completely different trades with very little in common other than an application over studs.

Recently (yesterday) closed on a two family, I have a few possible tenants already, I would like to have potential tenants fill out application.Does anyone have a link to an effective, simple to use application?

May I suggest that you drive by the areas and check your route(s) to the subways or buses; check on numerous weekdays, as commuter patterns are somewhat different.  

Tiles are rated with a slip resistance that is acceptable for different applications etc. 

I think you will be able to find many qualified applicants.

I almost feel like some type of application is warranted so I have SSN, bank account numbers, etc. in case things go south.Your collective knowledge would be appreciated! 

Over the year's I've read blogs and listened to numerous REI related podcasts so I feel I know a lot, but as we go through the buying process, I feel like I know all the WRONG things about REI (and I think my realtor isn't the greatest...).
