I have noticed that quite a bit of the sites are being made through WordPress and was wondering if it was possible to be done through just GoDaddy's website builder.

That’s funny I’ve used both YQ and Kitchenrama for quartz and noticed they had cabinets but never checked them out.

Once these units are complete, we're hoping to offer them to the existing tenants at market rate, instead of just serving them notices of non-renewal and saying sayonara.

I have not tried this strategy myself, so maybe I'm speaking out of turn, but I feel this strategy should only be used if the property has been on market for a certian period or if it is not getting any action/notice what so ever. 

They have been given the notice that a new owner is in the closing process and will be requiring a lease agreement and will be making a few changes. 

I noticed the new shopping center they're putting up right now where 10 & 30 meet though and I couldn't help but notice the town has done some upgrading since I was there two years ago.

Apparently he’s looking and I’m preparing myself for the 30 notice.

Also add this:  "This lease is for use of a single room only, personal items left in the common areas can be removed at the discretion of the landlord with 1 day notice to the tenant.

Just be sure you know what you want to do 10 or 11 months in so you can serve proper notice if you want them out Keep reading and learning : ) 

I assume it would be safe to provide  notice to vacate to the male (domestic abuse offender) being that he has commited this crime in violation of his lease terms.
