Can I trouble you for his phone number?

Hi BP folks,So I recently closed on my first mobile home park, and over the last few months have been in the process of upgrading several of our current POH's.  

The lack of web/mobile has been bugging me since I have to be at my PC or Remote into it to do updates.I also use Tellus which is free but the lack of web (it is iOS/Android only) bugs me too, as it makes document management a pain and hurts with older folks that may not be on a device to download there app (which means no request/billing communication).

I typically like to start with an initial phone call to discuss your investment goals/experiences, answer any questions you have, and tell you all about what our company has to offer.

Do you think it’s preferable to start a text convo about the house, instead of pushing for a phone convo?

Closed and one week later after screening about a dozen and a half people over the phone and showing it to a half dozen I signed the lease with tenant and he was moving in a week after closing.

@Joshua Jarrett I would ask for the phone number of his OIC. and ask them what is going on.

Or putting a mobile home on it and renting it out?

After 5 emails and phone calls he contacted me about a month ago.
