I choose to ignore some of the opportunities in the office that won't be as helpful for me - medical issues mean I can't sit in a "class" prospecting for an hour without pain, let alone 2-3 per day for weeks.

But it really gets down to what it is worth to the medical group. 

The catch is that this person has been paying medical bills for her mother's cancer treatments since 2007 and is finally thinking of declaring bankruptcy in order to come to a settlement on how to arrange those medical bill payments.

I believe I need to have a Quit Claim deed (I am the primary for his medical and estate, should anything happen to him; so I believe I need to get a Quit Claim deed anyhow, to prevent the property from going into probate).

So together with unexpected medical bills, some plumbing issues and paying down student loans I'm pretty broke.
