My current strategy is to get some cash flow from out of state multifamilies, and turn it into a house hack next year.

I am interested in the BRRR strategy and house flipping and would also love to offer any services that I could potentially provide to more experienced investors in hopes of learning the ropes and getting a few deals under my belt.

A strategy could be if one 4 unit is successful over time then stay in touch with the other investor owners and see if they want to sell.
