Since I was in Texas and planned on staying there I checked out my ability to get a broker license and I was qualified to take the test and I got a license.  

Also I need them to be licensed and bonded, If they're not licensed, and it's cost effective, I might be willing to pay for them to become licensed.Thank you BP members for any feedback!

I am completing the last of my pre-license classes this week to become a licensed Realtor.

As a Realtor, Here is my advised IF you do decide to wholesale and and are reported for "equity stripping" you will lose your license and get fined heavily.

Although I have been a licensed agent since 1995, I just recently obtained an opportunity to invest in real estate. 

So in Colorado you have to have a RE license to be paid to mange a property for someone else.

I have a small request for you all and I hope I'm not asking for too much.I have been interested in real estate investing for quite some time and decided that securing my real estate salesperson license would be a great way to learn and facilitate my journey forward.

I'm surprised Jay didn't mention this, but rather than wholesaling, consider getting you RE license and work part or full time as a realtor to earn while you learn and build capital.

Look I get it, but I was just asking for a little more courtesy.
