For my next investment I want to go bigger.

We tried to list a new property we’re launching and got a similar message.

Hi everyone, I have been listening to Bigger Pockets for about a month now and have reached episode 40 and decided it was Rome to get networking.I'm interested in learning real estate so that I can make a Cashflow of $500/monthly after expenses and so that I can start to build wealth.Any guidance or resources you'd like to send my way would be greatly appreciated!

We were able to refi and pay private lender back, but no cash was able to be pulled out. 

I absolutely love reading and learning about realestate.

Those of us that stick to proven methods of buy-and-hold will look like geniuses after 20+ years.

My question is would it make sense to save for down payment for another primary residence and rent this home out with negative cash flow to get into the REI game.

So I know that I have cash to repay the gap within 12 months.

The issue I'm encountering is the loan balance is now under 50k for each property what are my options besides a personal loan to purchase?

Purchase price: $105,000 Cash invested: $10,000 Sale price: $210,000 While in college, I had enough money saved to put 3% down on a property and make some small improvements.
