Hi friendsI’m having a tough time finding an online new construction house plans WITH a materials list.I completely understand they can’t provide 100% mats for say foundations roofing trusses etc.

What are the best and worst online programs you have used to help manage your properties, receive rent, charge late fees, collect deposits, receive maintenance requests, update leases, etc.

Definitely visit their existing locations and look at online reviews as well.

You can look into the national firms online like lending home, lima one etc. 

Save money, got to nerdwallet.com and find a good online bank, they have better rates.

However, if you are used to how we worked during COVID and are comfortable with Zoom, Workplace, modified meetings online, a brokerage like eXp may work better and cost you less.
