Designs, architect fees, etc?

The previous owners have basically remodeled the home except for a few finishing touches (kitchen remodel and bath tub still need to be put in) and the HVAC system (it has not be put in (they have all of the materials, just haven’t put it in)).

I'm an interior designer, own my own business and am just beginning the process of REI with a partner.

Specifically they are going to care about bed and bath count, square footage and quality of finishes in bathrooms and kitchen.

I knew interior design would go a long way with short term renters.

So to landlords out there... do any of you have problems with travertine over time (indoors, particularily in a kitchen area)?

It’s a decent space, but not equipped with a full kitchen, we were limited on what we could price it at for a typical long term rental.

We have put in new windows, added new siding, destroyed and replaced kitchen cabinets, fixed and repainted the walls and ceilings, redid the bathroom, and started installing new hardwood throughout the house.What was the outcome?

They do a lot of Dream Kitchen remodel projects and also are doing a lot of the new apartment complexes like the Peloton on Fish Hatchery.
