My inspector suggested that there may be issues with the lightweight concrete under the floor but is not a structural problem. 

If the inspector doesn't find anything before closing you're fine?

Search on the forum and seems quite alot of people saying home inspector merely point out the obvious and the services are quite extra?

My inspector didn't think it was a big deal since the plan is to rent the house (I paid 11k) Anyone know how much this is to fix?

The inspector had assessed that permits and fees that I had said would cost $5300 but actually cost $7000 were at this point 8.82% compete.

When you get a place under contract, have a pro home inspector look it over.
