I'm condo hunting for a few other people at the moment

I know there are properties out there and I intend to hunt them down as hard and as fast as I can, I am beyond determined, but I was just wondering how things have changed over the past 6 months to a year and if others are running into this as well?

We are on the hunt for our first deal and hoping to nail something down by mid July.It's become very tough to find deals that make sense but I think that is one of the things that's super exciting about or market.
