Be a decent human being and mark the rent to market but let tenant number 2 stay till their house is completed, and require a 30 day notice.

@Drew Denham if you have the ability to haul the appliances around yourself I would look for Habitat for Humanity ReStores in your area.

@Matthew King,If the LLC (your don't have yet) buys it, then ownership moves with the LLC, not any human persons.I'm always surprised how many people think "LLC later" is the right thing to do.

This can trigger a tax situation where you will be considered a "dealer"... which has poor tax treatments (even may have to pay social security taxes).There are ways around this to minimize the tax impact, but you have to be proactive.If you lived in the home, if you plan on developing the properties before you sell, plus a few other questions will determine this best choice tax wise (and determine if you qualify as a dealer).

You need a knowledgeable human being (perhaps yourself) to do some selection.Zillow is nice because it gives you sale prices.
