Hi everyone, we currently moved from WNY and live in a 2nd floor apartment of a 3 unit multi-family house on the east side of Providence (near Hope Village).

Focus is affordable housing with manufactured homes.

Both have 300+ properties under management and retain in-house maintenance. 

We also have some in 44306 for higher cash flow and less appreciation with one being student housing for University of Akron.

Since I was a little kid my parents have been flipping houses on the side and some of my earliest memories consist of sitting on the floor of some random house while my parents painted the walls.

No active problems, but is an old house with basement crickets, house centipedes and the occasional american cockroach  coming up the plumbing. 

Some contractors will bid out a job once a house is under contract.
