I can tell you that none of the portfolio lenders that I've ever used (I'm at about 8 different local banks that I have loans with) have any seasoning requirements on rate/term refi's.Great way to grow a portfolio without having to be out of pocket 25% of the purchase and 100% of the rehab costs for very long. 

Dear Members,Based in Kolkata, India, I'm completely new to real estate but am looking for opportunities to get involved in this field of work as real estate opportunities are growing in India.

The purpose of a refi is to pull cash in order to grow and acquire more properties so this seems useless.

Hopefully I can continue growing since I've already gotten a great start!

If either one would grow to say 400K in 15 years (10% aprox. return), and then the ROTH would be *worth* 400K as no taxes are due.

i hope you have time to grow some connections on here and going to local rei meetings.
