I've spent the last couple of years since graduating high school educating myself as much as possible, and saving all the money I am making working full-time and still living at home.

The Plan: Our plan is to purchase the property as our primary residence, live in it for the next two years until our son graduates from high school and turn it into a rental.

Hi Kenny,It looks like a happening place.It looks like a true positive for the city.I have a question though, you (like many) mention "Young Professionals".Professional what; dentists under 30 years old, just graduated attorneys, what specifically makes a "young person"  a Professional for something like this (???)

After getting cussed out and berated by "Seasoned Investors" I quickly made the change to invest more time into books,seminars, countless training and graduating Top of my class at YouTube University (I kid lol).

The cash on cash return is 22% and 38% after year one (I move out) renting to graduate students.

I am a recent college graduate and am currently living at home in Bucks County, Pa, so I think this would be a great strategy to start with.
