The action plan will outline your day to day activities necessary to find & convert motivated sellers to signed contracts (i.e. cold calls, CRM system for follow-up, deal analysis, meetings/appointments, etc).The successful wholesalers in NYC that I know focus on a particular niche - i.e. divorce, pre-foreclosure, specific geographic target (i.e. 5-10 mile radius, specific county, etc), probate, absentee owner, etc.Best of luck to you on your journey!
