Hello, I'm looking for a investor friendly real estate agent in the Charlotte area.

I'm a complete newbie to the real estate game, who dreams of starting my own residential real estate empire, buying and holding homes across the country in consistent markets to generate passive income in order to be my own boss. 

I am deciding whether to focus on commercial real estate or residential real estate.If the goal was to earn $$ as fast as I can, Which one of the two should I choose and why?

I have a question a friend if mine is trying to buy another home in a better school district.

I do know them as being originally from Naugatuck and having friends in those areas.  

Too many regulations that affect owner occupied residential property.

Having a steady income through another job is a good position to be in to do residential properties, as you can get residential loans.
