I think I will continue to fix major things and the exterior while they are there so that when they do leave, I can do a quick turnaround with interior cosmetics like drywall repair, paint and flooring.

They will look closely at the demographics.I've looked at a couple dollar stores but they kind of scare me because there is not much to it, just a big metal building with a concrete floor.

Hey-I purchased a condo at auction and am going to need to replace the flooring in two of the bedrooms. 

By October 2016, the condo was mine.Since then, my husband and I have done about $4000 of renovations to the condo (repainted walls and ceiling, refinished the hardwood floor, fixed up and reframed the electric fireplace, crazy amount of cleaning, refinished the sink, put in new blinds, brighter lighting fixtures, etc).  

Does anyone have experience with installation of these types of floors?

I would like to take the opportunity to make a "bigger" sounding address like 932 9th Ave, Suite 1000, or Main Floor, or (my fave) Fourth Floor (there are only three floors).

Most will be the basics kitchen, bath, flooring, etc. will also sometimes call for roof, concrete work, and windows.

Requested Changes: The house has a 2 story addition; a 500sf garage on ground level with a master suite on the 2nd floor.
