@Dave Foster I used to live in Wayne County, MI, in a working class suburb of Detroit that is a favorite location for investors.

My favorite of late is the 100% waterproof SmartCore flooring that you can find at Lowes - you can carry the same floor everywhere - kitchen, bath, bedrooms, etc.

My favorite question is, "what is NOT included that I need to be thinking about?". 

My favorite is when they show up and call me and talk to me like I've never been to my own property.

When advertising in a new market what local number services would you recommend?  Any experience positive or negative with different services, grasshopper, vumber, ringcentral,  etc.
