The cost of living generally eats most small investors profits when owning properities outright.  

I know my understanding of investing has been greatly expanded through getting to know the individuals mentioned above.

I have proper and cbiz insurance which does both what you are asking for, it covers  like a normal home insurance and covers the business side. 

I liked it so much that I have become very interested pursuing real estate investments there as well as having more boxing shows in Minneapolis.I have a lot of experience with (fix and flip, single and multi-family rentals) real estate in my home town of Washington, DC, but would like to pursue a few single family homes to hold as rentals for now, and eventually expand my scope of investments as I become more familiar with the market.Any advice, turnkey opportunities to look at or agent referrals would be greatly appreciated.Kind regards,Chad N.

This will also protect you in case some issue arise.Its not the Brand of the AC you choice that will make the ac last long, Its the installer and his proper install practices. 

I would imagine they have gone up quite a bit with the village expanding and updated along with large apartment and living complexes being built.
