I've never been to one of these events so I can't speak to the quality of them but I've seen them promoted in bigger pockets forums which is how I found out about it.

BP considers me posting it myself, as being a promotion... so I'd appreciate you posting it (only if you feel it is of value to the BP community....)!

Can someone that hears about the fund promote it to friends and family?

Utilities, insurance, property tax and promotional items needed for the short-term tenants, etc, are EXPENSES.

(mic drop) @Dave Poeppelmeier This forum is not about promoting (or dragging down) home cities, its about informing people about markets, including alternatives to Toledo that cashflow.

Ideally we are trying to create a model through our developments that is more enticing for international investment but there is a lot that needs to be worked through before that becomes a reality. 

Self-directed IRA which can be invested to RE tooBtw, the so-called "investment diversification" has been misguided, or worse, a twisted lie promoted by the best funded marketing minds from Wall Street.

I would love to meet up to discuss options as I still feel there are opportunities especially on the Island and some parts of the interior but would be open to hearing what you have learned about Eastern Canada because the prices are just so enticing!
