I enjoy reading up and learning how to do fixes, and want this experience as I dive into real estate.

@Jonathan Dempsey one book I recently enjoyed was 'Never split the difference' by Chris Voss (he was on a podcast here on BP).What I took out of it is that I too can succeed with negotiating, whereas before I thought 'you either got it or you don't'.Good luck!
