We have students, singles both young and old, couples, and a few single moms with small children.

What I will say about Fortune Builders is that I know of plenty students that are successful, so it is effective for those that capitalize on the program.As I have stayed in the business longer, I have found that seminars more effective.

The funny thing is I thought I would get all students, but instead I got a wide variety of people instead (none of which were students).

I am trained as a lawyer and have thousands of dollars worth of student debt.

These forums are great.Just got got a property to house hack, hopefully to some Grad students, post grads, etc.

Hello All,My name is Grant and I am a recently graduated college student (23 years old) who has just moved to Chicago only a few days ago.

People pay for education all the time, seminars, workshops, I have heard of some great educators in some clubs that get mentioned in podcasts that they put their students through their paces. 

You have found a site that will help you expand and enhance your real estate career.  

I wanted to see what people thought of this decision, as I have no debt from my undergraduate schooling and am not sure if incurring many thousands of dollars in student loans would severely hamper or delay my dreams of investing.
