A tenant had lived in the building for several years a 1st floor unit,, she had bad accident.. she loved living there, the family hired a contractor to put in everything she needed to assist in her daily living,, including a cement ramp to enter and exit the building... she was disabled, wheelchair bound, yet able to transfer and mentally able to act on her own behalf, and was also able to have a dog, due to companion needs..

However, it's easy to see how some of the material can enhance your life, and your business relationships.

This is a completely different ball game and require a complete different mentality than what I stated above.

Not that I'm trying to insult you, but you clearly have more to learn, and I wouldn't advise trying to find a "Rich Dad", but doing the steps others have suggested.Im not a guru and a novice as well, but id say change your mindset, because mentally, it sounds like you have a few hurdles/obstacles you need to shift through your head.

I know it's tough to push through all the mental barricades but as so many BPers have said above, you have to keep going!

Luckily, I had mentally dedicated my future time to learning new skills and had a limited budget for this renovation.

If I had gone into this project with a "buy x number of shares at x dollars each" mentality, I wouldn't have put in so much money.

Freeing up your time and mental energy to focus on networking, deals and scaling will have significantly better ROI for you in the long run.
