She hasn't paid since March and we believe she is trying to scam us. 

The problem with google is we dont know which one legit or trying to scam money from us.If we had a reliable source that majes it much better.

Something tells me that it would be difficult for you to give someone a jump start, change a flat tire, encounter an intruder in you property, encounter a dead body in your property, encounter an overdosed person in your property, deal with escaped rattlesnakes, deal with prostitutes, etc.

Hi All- I know that this is an older post but just encountered this question from my client who is looking to set up a MTR Property Management Business.

Is there anything else I'm missing, any signs of getting scammed, some essential part of a deal that I'm missing, tips on analyzation, or if your interested on getting on my buyers list.

I will agree, there's not much more valuable than bp but I really don't think Clever Investor is a scam.

A paid mentor is like an investment.... just like college....and just like other investments it really depends on WHO you pick, how good they are, the actual cost and most importantly what YOU get out of it.Some mentors will be worth every penny...... other will be a total scam....... others will be a waster of time and $$ because the person doesn't actually utilize what they are being taught, so its not the fault of the mentorI don't think I would ever pay a mentor.......

The problem that I am encountering is that when I use websites like Redfin and Zillow I can't seem to find many multifamily offerings.
