LLC insurance land trusts all those can be pierced if someone is going to do it and not stop.. but remember we do have to use logic here.plantiffs lawyers are only going to work on contingency if there is insurance and or the they REALLY think they can collect. so that means your very wealthy and your assets whatever they are are easily identified. through LLC or what have you.Most tenants do not have the money for litigation.. end of that story.. and then it falls back to slumlording..
