higher rents (ie, city) would mean higher income since commission is generally (only) 10-15% of rent and for some starting out, even less.of course as employee of a PMer it would be more cut and dry what sort of salary u get offered/accept entry-level but again, pay likely higher in city than country for reasons above then again inner cities may have lower rent than the affluent outskirt areas

Traveling to another country and posting on BiggerPockets sounds like something I would do.

Have you tried looking into importing from the countries that actually make the clothes?

Might want to check your country's or local law or website to see if it is mentioned.

I was wondering if anybody would interested in joining a Bigger Pockets meetup group here in the Central Valley -  Specifically Fresno - I am surprised to see that there are very so few Bigger Pockets meetup groups around the country and would really like to start one locally up so we can get some like minded thinkers under the same roof at the same time.  

That way, if somebody mails a letter from across the country to 106 Oak Street, they "know" it's a bad address right away, and can return it to the sender after it first gets scanned, usually close to where it was mailed.
