No Landlord work.Saturday - Received a returned certified letter that I sent to the former Tenant of Property W containing an itemized list of deductions from the former Tenant’s Security Deposit.

All I do is think about real estate and feel as tho if I burnt the ships and committed full time to becoming an agent I could be more successful in a career I enjoyed.

The other thing is take a 30 Year but make the 20, 15, 10 year payment again when you can but if the ship hits the wall your only obligated to pay the 30 year!

And for current tenants whose lease does not contain such a clause, can I just demand that they add to their security deposit at some point?
