Are there any great STR Property Managers in KC, MO that you could refer me to?

So I am not alone here.And I actually know alot, I have been a project manager on 3 new construction properties...I am just trying to back up the things I know to make sure im not missing things you know.

From what I understand, the process appears to be relatively synonymous, but dealing with foreign payments and foreign entities is unchartered territory for me, and I want to make sure I deal with closing and managing this property in the right way.

There was no hesitation on our part... we own 37 doors (bought between 2018-2021) and managing our real estate is our full time job; but I want to offer you a corollary as to your "why does everyone wait" question... which is to say, "Maybe SOMETIMES they should be waiting..."  

Does anyone know of companies that have acquisition managers that they can place with a small real estate investment firm? 

It's a one-day course taught by a lending attorney, fund manager, and a hard money lender.

Have you thought about getting into co-hosting or management?

Hello, I currently live in California and have been successfully managing my multiple properties in the Frisco (Texas) area for the last 3 years.

I do understand there is risk with finding a good network out of state of contractors and property managers. 

**Conclusion:**Pre-construction condos offer exciting opportunities but come with inherent risks.
