Hi Paul,The Hells Angel's are one street over from there and also the reason for there not being alot of crime in that block so I wouldn't leave that out.

omg, i got so Royally messed up all the way around the block. 

People look at a vacant mobile home park (yes, they are out there) and they just see raw land with a road on it and some concrete slabs. 

You kind of have to know the neighborhood for this one because a house can be only 2 blocks away but in a better school district or a different neighborhood.

Background:I just purchased a rental property 2 blocks from a university and notified the student tenants I was increase rent and making them pay utilities (driven by market comps) in the new lease.

Gold bars, I think, are more of a mental block for some people since it really isn't like anything they normally encounter.

There is a cinder block garage that I was going to use as my shop (im a plumbing contractor) and a 2 story house built in 1912 that i was hoping to lease out to a business.

If so, what kind of road blocks did you hit?  

I’ve seen this guys ads until I probably blocked them.

There's really only a few reasons I can think of:1) She wants to buy your house herself.2) She has some personal beef with you.3) She wants to protect her position of "power" and make sure everyone knows she's in charge.Getting to the bottom of her reason for trying to block your sale would probably be a good first step.
