Almost no companies have comprehensive systems in place that provide an effective and repeatable service level for their customers.

Tours are more of an introduction to the country to become familiar with the property market and its potential, rather than a sales tour.

A warm introduction is better than a cold call for sure but I have picked up new customers both ways.
