Having grew up in promos on wood side ave- I don't understand the negative comments of the previous poster's.

I'd love to hear any comments regarding installment sale purchases.

I actually think @Leigh C is largely on target, although he's a little flip and sarcastic with his comments. 

If you are looking for MHP investing info then Jefferson's comment is good advice as well.
