This includes things like lawn care, snow removal, and repairs.

I know the RE world is tough to make money right now and I am here for it, I care more about learning everything I can then making as much money as I can.

Jared (laughing) ... ummm, are you really on here asking for a "Professional Referral" for a tradesman, after stating that you are probably just going to hire a "handyman" to get it done because it will be cheaper!?!?!?!?

You could also look in the Pensacola, Tallahassee area northwest Florida and I think that you might find the same kind of above average rental ratesI tend to steer clear of Section 8 particularly if I have decent properties as they are the lowest level of renters and don't take care of much. 

While professionals can get costly -- especially starting out -- it only takes one person getting upset to derail everything you worked had to build.
