In your example, if the lady won and he couldn't pay up, she could then reach into his LLCs with his properties and other businesses and take them.

I'm kinda watching a home that was in an estate nightmare, its sat for years but in a very nice area, great lot and still good bones, if the elderly lady who got it won't sell, she will die someday, if I'm still around I'm already aware of the property, all ways prepared!

I'm sure more will come, as i've only had the properties a month :)The previous owner used a lady and her husband to manage his properties, he taught her many years ago to collect rent and deal with small issues.
